During my trip to Merritt, BC, I was treated to some delicious Dim Dom from the staff and owners of Coldwater Hotel Restaurant. Coldwater hotel restaurant, located in the middle of downtown Merritt, is beautiful inside and out. Situated in a historic building, this is a must-try for your drive or stop through Merritt.
When visiting, let the staff know you want to try some Bubble tea, as it is AMAZING!! ‏
