During my trip to Merritt, BC, I visited the beautiful Moon Shadows Campground. This campground is a beautiful campground located just five minutes from the center of Merritt. I quickly found out that this campground goes above and beyond in inclusive tourism. The owner who was at the front desk while I was there signs!! I repeat she signs, being CODA, she is fluent in American Sign Language. If you are deaf or rely on American Sing Launange to communicate, come to this campground, as this is something we rarely see in the tourism industry; I am so glad and honored to have visited.
